So I fucked up on the date again.

I’m never sure when is my wedding anniversary. I got married on September but also did my brother but on the following year.

So 2 weddings one on the 6 and one on the 7.

Yesterday to not take a chance I got flowers on the way home.

When I get home my sister in law is telling my wife that they are going out for dinner to celebrate their anniversary. I go "shit that means it is not our anniversary" to my self.

I was able to hide the flowers in the basement in the cold room. Went upstairs and checked my wedding bend .

Yup it is the 7.

So I got everything that she might need from the cold room and placed in the kitchen.

This morning left the flowers and a note on top of the table.

Once more Bug fucks up but is able to save the day and come out ahead.

Obviously Surprise flowers when she wakes up are worth more that just walking in with flowers.

Lost another grand parent

Got the phone call last night. My wife's grand mother died in hospital last night.

When I came to Canada I had brothers and a sister but no parents or grand parents around.

 She acted like if She was my grand mother.

She was one of those people that you can't remember anything that they ever did wrong in life. She raised my wife, and only 10 years ago decided to spent her last days with her husband back in Portugal.

We had plans to go see them for Xmas. I wish my kids had got a chance to meet her.

She died at the age of 84 and She will be missed.
