JUSTICE!!!!!!

Ok so we had our court date for child support today. The chick was held in contempt for not paying for like 22+ months. It was set that she is currently in arrearage for $15,000 dollars for support and 1,400 in medical bills. In Illinois there are several things that can happen for non payment...jail, revoke a driver's license, and take the person's federal income tax return for payment of past due monies. She tried to say she couldn't pay because she was attending school and other BS, but the JUDGE wasn't having any part of it. Of course she is trying to fight some of the medical stuff by saying she didn't agree to the counseling that they attend and have attended for the last 3 years. HAHA good luck, let us see what the counselor says to that...she use to attend the counseling sessions with them - covered by our insurance - and the issues had to do with MOM. Not to mention that my youngest stepson has been going for behavior issues stemming from ADHD. Chalk one up to the DAD's of the world....one less dead beat mother skates by with excuses.

Oh and I finally reached level 30 in Halo2.

Saints Row or Saints Blows?

I just can't decide how I feel about this game. I mean...I can't stop playing it, but it is still a dissapointment. The graphics are lame - I have high expectations for any 360 game. I mean I spent $900 for two consoles and a few hundred more on the games we have purchased. The shit had better be good. I am definitely not impressed by the online game play. Maybe I am missing something. I would not have been dissapointed in missing this one. I guess I keep playing in hopes that it will get better...

Child support - and other shit

Ok so...Mr. Punisher goes back to court with the ex-girlfriend/baby momma drama/pain in my ass tomorrow over her CS issues. The main issue = she doesn't feel like she should have to pay. HAHAHA, if the tables were turned we wouldn't have a fucking dime. On Sept 23 2003, after a long waiting we finally recieved physical custody (meaning they would live with us), but with joint custody with her. This just meant a lot of headaches because they had to make all important decisions together (i.e. school, religion, dr's etc). This was a pain in the ass because if they couldn't agree on shit when they were together who in their right mind thinks they could do it now. Long story short - didn't work, lots of BS and headaches. She was a walking time bomb of trouble and arguments. She started dating and we thought maybe it would get better because she would have someone else to focus on...then we started getting the stories from the kids that they were watching her have sex (5 and 6 yrs old). They would tell us what an erect penis looked like and how mommy moved and screamed etc. Of course this meant getting child services involved...they only told her that she needed to do her private business in the bedroom and not the front room where the boys watched cartoons. WHAT!?! Yes, it is true...they fucking dropped the ball. Then she started dating this dude seriously and we hoped shit would settle down. Well, it turns out they smoked crack together, beat eachother (in front of the boys 6 & 7), and eventually started committing crimes together. We finally decided in Jan. of 2004 that we needed some help financially from her. After several requests, she never helped not even with the medical bills that started coming in for counseling. We felt counseling was needed after all they had seen and dealt with...not to mention one of them was diagnosed with ADHD at the time. On Jan. 14th 2004, the judge allowed CS for $115 a week. She had a GREAT job working at a junior college - considering she only has a GED (nothing wrong with that...). In my area if all you have is a GED, it is damn near impossible to get a job doing anything that is close to a career. She was making GREAT money and instead of showing up with her stubs, she took a hit and let our attorney decide the amount based on speculation. I think it would have been less, but she didn't want to be there. 4 months after the CS was set and we rec'd about 4 checks - SHE WAS FIRED FOR THEFT. Now the most dissapointing part - with her working there...the boys could have rec'd 2 free yrs of college. If she could offer them anything later in life it could have been 2 free years of college and the bitch fucked it up. Apparently, she was stealing computer stuff for an alleged drug problem. I say alleged because most persons with severe drug issues don't weigh 250 lbs at 5'10". Her supposed issue was with crack and cocaine...people are usually skinny and don't hold professional jobs for 5 yrs while smoking crack. Then she left for 6 months - no contact, came back pregnant - with dudes baby, she turned him in for a plea bargain, she got 3 1/2 yrs probation for burglary (committed while gone), went into a program for abused women (even though she was also an abuser) and then moved in with her mom. He finally rec'd SOLE custody - it just took all this shit for it to happen. Basically, he said if you want to see the kids...sign here. She went into a beauty school for 7 months and then got a jobby job. SWEET...we found out from the kids and called our attorney. He filed the papers to have the money removed from her checks...she called our attorney and said, "I only make $6.50. Reduce it please." Ummm, we pay him to work for us not you...file it yourself. Her answer, she quits her job. Then she goes to Disney world with her mom and the boys. Comes back and gets a new job 3 weeks later - still doesn't tell us and we contacted our attorney. She is now $10,000 in the hole for CS and $1,400 for medical bills. Most likely we will never get a dime...but they have new laws in Illinois for dead beat parents. We can have her license revoked for work only or jail time for not paying. She is still on probation and if she gets arrested for anything it would mean prison. This is not our goal...we have never with held the kids from her...they need to know their mother. We just want her to be held responsible. If you made it this far...I'm sorry,but thanks.

8-19-06 Not bad after all...

So the game turned out to be a good time...at least they won and played a good game. Brett played 3 quarters - so that was good. We went on the tour of the stadium and ate at Brett's steakhouse the next day. The field is sweet when your on it...not as big as it seems on tv. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be able to run a kick off back for a TD. We actually saw where our seats will be for the next game...I'm going to try to make a sign so if anyone see's the game they will know that it is Bigpunisher44 or myself. I'm sure we will have a chance to get on camera. I also decided that we are going to get one of those autograph balls and a sharpie - I just can't imagine not getting an opportunity for a signature. I asked my husband if we can get in as early as possible for watching them practice...then a signature is inevitable. I'm so excited!!!!

I am hoping for a fun day...

The punishers are leaving for a day of fun. We are taking our two oldest boys to thier first Pro football game today - Packers vs Falcons. Yes, it is only a preseason game, but the regular season games are like $1,000 on avg for 4 tickets. I'm just hoping for a nice day with no fighting, complaining, etc. Any one want to place a bet on the chances? I am taking my husband to the preseason game against the Titans on Sept 1. FRONT ROW IN THE LAMBEAU LEAP ENDZONE. I get to finally see pro football butts up close!!! Oh and I'm sure he'll have a good time too.

It is almost time...

FOR SCHOOL TO BEGIN!!! SWEET...love em' lots, but pack em' up and SHIP EM' OUT!! Damn, they are still in grade school and will be home after a short 5 hour break....sigh. I will take what I can get. Anyone have potty training tips for my 3 yr old boy that will NOT take a shit in the toilet? thanks

OUCH!!

Ok, so tonight we were celebrating my sons' birthdays. My mom bought hot fudge to go on top of the ice cream and asked me to heat it in the microwave. I put it in the old crap box for the exact 2 minutes that it stated on the jar. As I am cutting the cake I hear my Mom say, "Ouch this is really hot." I look over and see her standing in the middle of the kitchen with hot fudge all over her hand while trying to hold the STEAMING HOT jar on a paper plate. My husband (Bigpunisher44) grabs the stuff from her and proceeds to try to keep in from spilling. I'm telling him to just set it on the counter and then I see a huge glob of HOT fudge pouring out of the jar and onto the floor. SOOOO, I reach out cup my hands and catch about a 1/2 cup of this molten LAVA in my hands...

1 hospital trip and 2 hours later - 2nd degree burns on two fingers of each hand. Mr. Punisher is ok and Mom is ok...thank god.

What the fuck was I thinking?

I missed my kids opening presents, which apparently were huge hits this year...

I'm going to try to play some Halo now...

CHILD ABUSE?!?!?! Argument w/neighbors girlfriend....stupid skank.

Ok, so.....

My 10 yr old son (stepson, whatever...) is starting his second season of tackle football. For his age group, the max weight is 125 lbs or he has to move up to the next level. He currently weighs in at 134 lbs, so.....this means lots of walking, jogging, biking etc. Formal practice starts July 31st and we thought it would be best to get him started on being active. The boy likes to do stuff and play football, but if it could be played on the couch - he would be all pro. He has been walking a lap and then jogging a lap for about 4 days now. Today, he jogs two laps and then walks a lap. This child is 10 with a size 9 1/2 mens shoe. Last year, he played both offensive line and defensive line. Although we helped him make weight last year, he just was not physically ready for that much action. This year, he wanted to be ready. So again, this is what we are trying to help him do by getting him out in the morning to get going.

My neighbors have a black dog - no idea what breed - that is not the least bit friendly. VERY TERRITORIAL. At times, they let the dog go out without a leash. We have found it in our garbage, peeing or shitting on the lawn or just simply chillin in our yard. We recently put up a privacy fence for this reason. I have asked nicely and called the animal services before and nothing seems to work. Everyday this week my son has been in tears that this dog was outside. I gave him the option of running a different route or waiting for the dog to go away. Today, I decided to walk around the corner - two houses away - to see if the dog was really outside. At first glance, no dog. I start to walk away and sure enough here comes the dog running at the half picket fence (it is not enclosed) toward me. Then the girlfriend comes out after the dog. I said, "Could you please make sure the dog is on a leash?" Followed with dirty looks and mumbled words. I then said, "I don't want to have to call animal services." She then shouts back, "I will call on you for child abuse." I was like, "What the fuck did you say?" She got all nervous and laughing...I said, "Child abuse for what? Having a child excercise? What the fuck are you saying? Are you threatening me? She started laughing, grabbed the dog and then walked inside. Her boyfriend (one of my actual neighbors) comes out and said "Is there a problem?" I said, "Not with me, but apparently your girlfriend does..." and explained the situation to him. I said, I didn't tell her the animal services thing as a threat, but if she wants to talk shit about child abuse then maybe she doesn't need to come around because she and I will continue to have issues. He then says they just bought another house and will be moving in a week and how sorry he was she said something of that nature.

So let me get this straight, parents shouldn't discipline their children in public for fear of being reported...and now we shouldn't allow our lazy/overweight children excercise in public for fear of being reported?
