There's too many to choose from!!!

When you're a single adult, with no children, it's quite easy to get carried away with "toys." I have now finished the campaigns on Gears of War 2 and COD World at War. I'm still stuck on Fable 2 and am too damn frustrated to even give it a try.

Gears seemed rather easy to get a handle on, however COD is kickin my ass. Quite depressed about it actually. To get so worked up over a simple video game, I know, I know, idiotic. But I honestly try my damnest to somehow excel. Then my boyfriend jumps on and kicks my ass in half the time. Depressing. I guess video games aren't my forte. There's worse things I could be terrible at, like my job.

Trying to get my ass in Angio/Interventional Radiology. I'm terribly burnt out on Cat Scan. Year 5 of CT and I'm stuck with no where to progress to. Just put time in. Yawn. Challenge me already! Taking my CT Certification test then hitting the damn road the 1st chance I get. Cardiac Cath is a dream away, but....just wait and pray and hope I can finagle my way in.

Thought I had an excellent day until trying to park in my garage, hugging the corner so that not only my bike would fit comfy, but the boyfriend's would to and I scraped the entire right rear panel. Fuckin a.

So, off to more video games, my passive-aggressive outlet, more effective than exercise, unless I decide to give a go back into martial arts. Another wonderful place for the passive-aggressive types.

I have been throughly seduced by Saint's Row 2. ADDICTED I TELL YOU!!!!!! But here's the kicker, I had Fable 2 on reserve, and have that now too!!!

OH all the games. Whatever a girl to do. Play alot I guess.

In other news, my hospital is now the only hospital in Arizona that has a 128 slice CT Scanner, and THE COULOW will be in the newspaper. Oh yes, I'm in the paper. Eastern Valley Tribune.

Xbox, ok. Cable, FOOKED UP

Aight. The gameplan. Cable guy is coming tonight between 5-7pm. Grr. I've had my HD on the fritz for several weeks and it's pissing me off. In addition to that, we're headed to Yuma, AZ this weekend for Duchee's 15yr high school reunion. So, clan night? Probably not.

I'll try to do the household chores thing, be packed and ready while waiting for the cable guy, but if he takes too damn long, I"m hopping on to raise my damn prestige.

Bought the LG Dare from Verizon. SHIZZZNITT I tell you!!!

Nothing else of great importance, getting better at COD4. Trying out the beta and getting raped. Have been seeing more females on COD4, and while that's awesome, some are wicked bitchy and talk smack to the other teams. Ladies, c'mon, I am Queen of Shit Talking, but for anything, there's few female gamers out there, we GOTTA stick together.

Things to do when XBL is down

1) Remember what your spouse looks like in person or what you used to do BEFORE you got that gold membership.

2) Clean your house, make a real dinner.

3) Watch TV. Check your email. Actually read all the forum posts from your clanmates.

4) Finally watch that DVD set you got LAST Xmas.

5) Fuck it all, turn on the Xbox, and finish all those damn campaigns you've slacked off on.

Don't play after 1130..

The idiots come out. So, admist the fact that homegirl Coulow has now prestiged...AGAIN, yay level 2 on COD4 (and btw, am now a 6. Yee fucking haw), the idiots came out to play. I got friend requests from assholes, AND some douchebag called me a fucking lesbian. Not only in the game itself, BUT in a voice message too. Yes, complaint sent. The bastard also sent a voice message asking to be in our clan. What the fuck.

You know, it's tough enough being a player. I believe that there is a female gamer stereotype. I try to not raise my voice, I try not to make "girly" comments, I try everything my DAMNDEST to not stick out like a woman player, and I STILL get harassed about it.

Imagine this, your wife, girlfriend, daughter is playing a game and is being harrassed. Imagine that. Your little girl is, well, not doing too bad (I succeeded him in kills) and your little girl gets called a fucking dyke, go kill yourself, eat shit and die.

Would that not bother you?

Tough skin is needed in gaming. For all of us. We all talk shit. And I did tell my boyfriend duching about the event. He had just come home. He was upset. Duh. I decided to not play again over the weekend unless he was in the game with me.

I needed SOMEONE to atleast back me up and not laugh at the comments. It's not just comments. I get the full harrassment most of the time. VM, FR, Spamming.

Paperplanes MIA

Can't get that damn song outta my head....it's to the point, I have patient's singing along with me as I wheel them down the hallway...sad. So sad.

Attempting Hard Bass on Rockband 2. Little lady fingers are a tragedy on guitar, making triples and redundant doubles carpal tunnel inspiring. SO. Off to Bass. It works for me.

I should go back to Call of Duty 4 so that duching doesn't cock block me into a lower ranking. He's off the Halo obsession OFFICIALLY and now a Call of Duty addict. Screw the prestiges, I'll stick to 55 Prestige 2 at this point. Rockband is maintaining my ADD levels.

Got a lil excited...

My cherry is popped. After having several lubeless rounds of ass manipulation on Domination, the kickass boys Slee, Switchblade, Ferdie, Duchee and I struck gold... not only did the boys annihilate the competition but....I GOT A KILLSTREAK OF 10 AND GOT TO CALL IN A HELICOPTER.

That's, uh, pretty much the excitment for me. I apologize to those present for shouting, "WHO'S YOUR MAMA?" and "UH. THAT'S RIGHT. GIVE IT TO ME FUCKERS." While this was happening. Just a lil excited that I was able to pull that off.

Hit mediocrity in video gaming in my late adolencense. I blame the increased estrogen with puberty. There must be some study done that shows how unless you're a tomboy, with a football, guns, cars, videogame type mind, your early timmie youth of just pushing buttons and making Mario your bitch just hits the can. I've been a half ass player ever since Nintendo 64, really. So, this was exciting to finally succeed.

Booyahkahsha! A weekend less of gaming

The boyfriend (duchee/duching) and I headed to Sunny San Diego Labor Day weekend. AH....ocean. Very nice. Bruised my knee in the surf boogie boarding, went to Sea World and was molested by a dolphin....all in all a very relaxing retreat.

Still addicted to COD4. Can't help it. I'm always on with duchee, since he's fav game play is FPS and COD is by far my favorite FPS yet. Done Halo, Unreal Tournament, BC Battlefield, but COD seems to be the most fun....even though I still have yet to call a chopper on regular gameplay. I did call one in on Clan night. Still proud of that one.

Planning on a trip to Vegas the 1st of October and yes, I'm headed to the Phoenix, Arizona southwest lan in February. Must get more info in to pimp it out to other west coasters as myself to attend! Saw the Chitown lan video, and very well done I might add...makes me appreciate the fact that I am a gamer. Despite the random callings of being a nerd at work, obessed , etc it's what I enjoy. Playing video games. It's a stress relief from the real world of work, bills, traffic...wishing my electric bill would manifest itself as an OpFor while I shoot it in the head with an RPG...

Simple stuff.

I prestiged. Looks like more COD4 in my gaming future to sit at Prestiged 55. Enter sigh here. When's my next vacation? Oh yes, October for Vegas bike week. Suck ass clown monkey Supervisor has the scheduling power again (which he should have had in the first place, lazy bastard) and now makes the schedule out 2 months in advance. SO. When can I take another vacation?....ah yes...November on. COULOW is burnt out. Aw sookie sookie now

Bought the Turtle Beach 4x. Not too shabby for the impatient one! Finally made it to 55 on Call of Duty 4. FINALLY. Still have 600pts to decide whether or not to prestige. I thought once you play more, you get better....duchee is still kicking my ass. Maybe I'm just not good at video games and have to leave it at that. Enter shrug here. Also bought the new Madden and since duchee doesn't play sports games, AT ALL, that will be my own venture. My mail is allllll fooked up, I think the postman has a hit on me, so best news I've got that in this state of "Running a Red light means traffic school" and "DUI's first offense means 10 days in jail" THANK YE GODS, I'm still clean. Change of pace

All I've played since I've bought my 360 is FPS. I ranked up in Halo 3 (to a 40), played UT3 campaign in 3 days, BF:BC (with no online action), and am SO CLOSE to finally hitting 55 on COD4. I'm a 50! Yay! Maybe I should try something else. Besides UNO. I've been patiently awaiting Rockband2, Guitar Hero World Tour and Fable 2's releases, I think I should try something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I'm going to get Madden09 tomorrow. That is all for the epihany of the moment. I'm working 12 hrs tonight, I know so, I'm on call and the night Tech doesn't come in until 9pm. I'm also on call Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p. Joyous. Since Sat will be spent with my little bro and his best friend who are down here visiting, yee f'n haw, I should pick something random up. Madden. I haven't played a sports game since 2003. I was a horrible defense, but pretty good offense. Yes, das foosball. I don't do hockey. Have played some basketball games, skiiing, snowboarding (Coolboarders!), but bought it. All for now.
