One of the many things I hate about being old

Working for a living

I start back to work tonight after my long change. Some would think I have a great schedule as I actually only work 15 days a month, with a 7 day long change every month. It’s like having a vacation every month. But, for those of you who have actually taken a week off work, you realize once its over you REALLY don’t want to go back. I go through that every month. The 12 hour shifts kind of suck, and being on call the other 15 days of the month limits how many plans you can make but all in all, my work schedule isn’t all that bad. But the fact remains, I hate working for a living. I would much rather be one of those lucky few to win the lottery.

I just have to ask myself

I just have to ask myself, what is the point to the blog? The forums I get, I post something, someone replies, a conversation of sorts happens. With a blog, that dont happen. I guess the point is to be able to randomly speak my mind. Like a journal of some kind, only everyone can read it. Man, ya'll are going to be bored (not to mention confussed since my spelling sucks!) reading my blogs but what ever, Im not forcing you to read them.
