Shocking news....microsoft customer service sucks

We exchanged our pos xbox 360 for a new one. This is like the 7th xbox we have exchanged I am so glad we bought the in-store warranty. So now my rock band DLC won't work offline and we are getting ready to move in about 3 weeks to a place where there is not going to be internet access available for at least two months. I read online it is a licensing issue I don't really know what that entails so we call customer support. After 2 hours and 4 people who can't speak english later I think we have to fax some stuff off and they might resolve the issue but we won't know for at least a week. It would have taken less than 2 hours to get where we wanted to go but there was a hell of a communication problem these people talk over the top of you while you try to explain your situation and what you need to do. It was highly frustrating and I hate the way this game is setup because I guess they have to re-issue a new license as long as we qualify. I am not sure if we do because the old system is slightly different than my new system. Our other option is to pay for the songs again and re-download them. The licensing can take up to 30 days so I am hopeful..sort of.

MMA Fight

So here recently my husband decided to start fighting again. Saturday night he won his fight and appeared on our local news with his scary beat up face. The guy he was fighting was considered to be the baddest guy in the division so needless to say I am pretty excited. He got scouted by some guy to go pro but I don't know what will happen with that if anything. Here is a link to the news story with a bit of the fight at the end...the guy he trains is 2nd in the clip and my husband is 3rd..the one with the horrible face. They both won their fights.

Perils of Owning a Business

Today I was made aware that a customer bounced a five hundred dollar check to us. So I try to call them phone has been disconnected. Now no one knows where they are or what might have become of them. Such a pain in the ass to try and figure this out. This is part of the reason why I dislike people.
