First off I want to apologize for the quick death of the "J-Spot" but between working, raising a child and working on recording a new CD I just haven't had the time. But all is for not my friends! I am excited to say that my CD is coming along very well and I now actually have some songs to share. Some are a work in progress and some are live solo recordings.

- Symphony X Confirmed For Artarfe Rock Festival
    SYMPHONY X are the latest act confirmed for Spain's Atarfe Vega Rock Festival, which will take place March 7th/8th, 2008 in the city of Atarfe (at 11 km from Granada, Andalusia).

Confirmed acts on the bill now include: DESTRUCTION, EXCITER, GRAVE DIGGER, KATATONIA, KORPIKLAANI, KOTIPELTO, MAYHEM, MY DYING BRIDE, SYMPHONY X, TRIBAL and UNLEASHED.

- Queensryche Enter Billboard Charts
    QUEENSRŸCHE's collection of covers, "Take Cover", has sold 5,500 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 173 on The Billboard 200 chart.

Singer and chief songwriter Geoff Tate, guitarists Michael Wilton and Mike Stone, bassist Eddie Jackson, and drummer Scott Rockenfield put their stamp on 11 classic tracks with "Take Cover".

Not known for playing many covers live, Tate says the album gave the band a chance to relax and have some fun. "During soundchecks, Stone and Michael like to play 'name that riff,' and sometimes the whole band joins in. That's really the way this album came together too. We got together and started playing songs to each other, and then we picked our favorites."

The eclectic list of songs reflects the members' divergent tastes and includes a few surprising selections such as "Heaven On Their Minds" from the hit musical "Jesus Christ Superstar", the O'JAYS R&B classic "For Love Of Money" and an operatic epic originally performed by the Italian duo of CARLO MARRALE & CHEOPE, "Odissea". Recognized as an accomplished vocalist, Tate says he enjoyed the song's demanding arrangement. "I really like this song because there is a lot for a singer to sink his teeth into, plus I got a chance to sing in Italian, which was interesting considering I don't speak a word of it."

The set covers a lot of ground both lyrically and musically, opening with "Innuendo", QUEEN's epic song about life and death; "Almost Cut My Hair", CROSBY, STILLS, NASH & YOUNG's paean to freedom; and the medieval metal of BLACK SABBATH's "Neon Knights".

"Take Cover" also features QUEENSRŸCHE's distinctive arrangement of PINK FLOYD's "Welcome To The Machine", an acoustic version of BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD's "For What It's Worth", and a highly charged live version of U2's "Bullet The Blue Sky". "We'll never top the originals; they're classics for a reason," Tate says. "We were more focused on finding different approaches that took the songs in unexpected directions."

Singing PETER GABRIEL's "Red Rain" and THE POLICE's "Synchronicity II", Tate says, were opportunities for him to explore music he'd previously overlooked. "I'd heard these songs on the radio before, but I didn't really appreciate them before the guys suggested we record them. It was a rewarding experience doing this album because it gave us all a chance to pay tribute to some of the bands that have meant so much to us over the years, and we all discovered new songs to love."

- Queens Of The Stone Age Doing Animated Film?
    The Pulse of Radio reports that QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE might be working on an animated film based around "Bulby", the character shaped like a light bulb that appears on the cover of the band's latest album, "Era Vulgaris", as well as some of the group's recent videos. According to Gigwise.com, the QUEENS have met with Hollywood studio execs about the project and have brought in a designer and potential director to work on it. A source said, "It's going to be the new SpongeBob SquarePants or Ren And Stimpy."

QUEENS frontman Josh Homme told The Pulse of Radio why "Bulby" and another broken light bulb character ended up on the cover of "Era Vulgaris". "The title has an accidental air of seriousness, and I think that just helps to kind of illustrate that, 'No, no, no, not that serious actually,' you know," he said. "And I also think that it kind of strikes a little bit of a balance between that '50s generation of advertising, that sort of naive generation where Drippy the Oil Drop sold Exxon Oil or Fred Flintstone sold smokes, you know, which seems really Satanic."

QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE starts a U.K. tour on Friday (November 23), but will return home to the U.S. in December for a string of pre-holiday shows.

Proceeds from a December 9 concert at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert, California will go to various charities and organizations, including Operation Safe House and Palm Desert High School.

- SLASH Interviewed At ROCK 'N ROLL FANTASY CAMP
    The Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp Podcast sat down last week with VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash, who talked about his experience at camp, how it's just as cool for him as it is for the campers, his memoir called (obviously enough) "Slash", the Guitar Hero games, and how long it's been since he played the GUNS N' ROSES classic "Sweet Child O' Mine".

- LED ZEPPELIN To Resume Rehearsals As PAGE Promises Live Surprise
The UK's ITN recently conducted an interview with LED ZEPPELIN guitarist Jimmy Page about the band's upcoming December 10 reunion show at the 02 Arena in London. Watch the two-minute report below.

The Pulse of Radio reports that LED ZEPPELIN was set to resume rehearsals this week for the London gig, following the show's postponement from its original November 26 date after Page broke his left pinky finger. Page told Reuters that the finger was almost healed, saying, "I'm able to do what I ought to be able to do. It's just a bit bruised and it's a bit painful still, but with this two weeks' postponement...it's going to be fine."

Page also revealed that the band might perform a song that it has never played live before. He explained, "There's one number that we rehearsed, I assume that it will make it to the (concert), that we never played at any point in time. It dates from when the band was together between 1968 and 1980. It's a really intense number."
The set list for the show, which will cap a tribute concert to late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, has been the subject of intense speculation among fans. The band is expected to revive many of its classic tracks for the promised two-hour performance.

Page, singer Robert Plant and bassist John Paul Jones will be accompanied on drums by Jason Bonham, son of late ZEPPELIN drummer John Bonham, for their first concert together in 18 years.

As for the continuing rumors about a full-blown ZEPPELIN tour, Page made another of his ambiguous statements to Reuters, saying, "Let's just do the O2 and we'll see what happens from there."

Adding fuel to the fire, LedZeppelin.com has been launched as the "ultimate online destination for all LED ZEPPELIN fans," with a press release stating that it will be "keeping the world up-to-date on LED ZEPPELIN's activities."

Finally, did THE CULT frontman Ian Astbury accidentally confirm that ZEPPELIN will tour next year? According to MTV.com, Astbury said during a CULT show in Cincinnati on Saturday night (November 17), "We'll be back next year, because we're opening for a band you may have heard of...the name starts with an 'L' and has a 'Z' in it." When an audience member called out "LED ZEPPELIN!" Astbury nodded and raised his fist in the air. Representatives for both THE CULT and ZEPPELIN declined comment.

- Ex Megadeth Bassist Talks Possible Reunion
    The Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp Podcast sat down last week with former MEGADETH and current F5 bassist David Ellefson, who talked about his experience at camp, his current projects, how he got into and out of MEGADETH, and if he'd ever work with Dave Mustaine again.

On the topic of whether he will ever reunite with Mustaine and his former MEGADETH bandmates, Ellefson said, "Dave and I have met — about two years ago, it was. He had reached out to me and I gladly reciprocated and we met and we had dinner and buried the hatchets. There was a lot of legal unhinging with our business stuff together and that's, to some degree… He and I will always be in business sort of the way Lennon and McCartney are always in business because we have a… sort of like we raised some kids — we've got albums, we've got work, we've got our songs we composed together — there's all this stuff, and that's gonna be there. And it was nice for he and I to sit down and look each other in the eye and talk without having managers and attorneys and, you know, the entourage and stuff, around. It was nice, because, really, that's how he and I met — he and I met just face-to-face — and it was nice that we got to have a hook-up like that; I'm really happy about that. And I don't know if that means one day we'll ever be in a room with our guitars on again or if it'll just be, like, when we come into each other's town, we call each other and go out to Starbucks and hang out and get caught up about what's happening with the kids, you know what I mean?! [laughs] I don't know what that is. But I think rather than trying to force it, it needs to just sort of happen on its own time. I think any successful reunion that I've seen — whether it's MÖTLEY CRÜE or THE WHO or THE EAGLES, or whoever it is — it seems like the only successful ones happen because everybody… It's almost like enough time has to go by where you're willing to forgive, you're willing to let… it's, like, the time does heal the wounds, and you're able to sort of move past all of that stuff so that you can be in that place that I saw Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend being — which is with a real sort of gratitude and a real zeal for the rock and roll reason they got together in the first place."

F5 — the Phoenix-based band featuring Ellefson, ex-SICK SPEED vocalist Dale Steele, and guitarists Steve Conley and John Davis — has entered the studio to record the follow-up to its 2005 debut, "A Drug for All Seasons". The CD is being produced by Ryan Greene at his Crush Recording facility in Scottsdale, Arizona.

F5 called in Ellefson's longtime rhythm section cohort Jimmy DeGrasso to play drums on the album following the recent departure of original F5 drummer Dave Small.

"This looks to be a very musically invigorating record", said Ellefson. "No doubt there will be hints of F5's past sound on the disc but these new songs are definitely developing in a much more progressive direction."

A spring 2008 release via Oarfin Distribution is expected.

"A Drug for all Seasons" was released in North America in September 2005 via Cleopatra Records. The original version of "A Drug for all Seasons" is also available in Asia on JVC Victor Entertainment and in Europe on Mascot Records.

Who's Next:

This week I have picked a few selections from the Indie/Modern Rock genre. The tune below from the band "The Cinematics" has a real 80's feel that I really dug. The song "Paralyzed" from "Rock Kills Kid" has a great guitar riff and I 'm always a sucker for a sweet riff. The last selection "When the Sun Goes Down" has a great laid back story telling kind of intro that kicks into a punk sort of thing that really completes and makes the song. I hope you enjoy!

Introducing the J-Spot!!!

So since I can't speak due to over stressing my voice at work and screaming at the ever plentiful amount of morons on the road I have decided to try and do something productive with the frustration so I am going to create an ongoing weekly update to be known as the "J-Spot". I will be featuring cellphone wallpaper and ringtone creations I've made along with some music news and a "Who's Next" feature spotlighting songs by new bands and all-time favorites. - VAN HALEN Nominated For 'Favorite Reunion Tour' At PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS
VAN HALEN has been nominated for the "Favorite Reunion Tour" at the 34th annual People's Choice Awards. The People's Choice Awards are different from most industry awards sows in that that the winners are actually chosen by their fans. Also nominated are THE POLICE and GENESIS. ThePolice.com reported that voting ends on December 5 and the results will be determined shortly thereafter.

The 34th annual People's Choice Awards will air on CBS on January 8 live from Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium.

VAN HALEN blasted out its hits for 14,000 Research In Motion employees, co-op students and invited guests at a surprise concert last night (Thursday, November 15) at Toronto, Ontario, Canada's Air Canada Centre. One concertgoer said he'd been told in advance only that co-CEO of BlackBerry maker RIM, billionaire Jim Balsillie, had invited two of his all-time favorite bands to come and perform. Also appearing on the bill was the TRAGICALLY HIP.

VAN HALEN capped a stretch of East Coast dates on Tuesday night (November 13) with a sold-out show at New York City's Madison Square Garden. Despite reports of sound problems on a couple of recent stops, the Garden show

The quartet is now taking a week off before beginning a West Coast run on November 20 in Los Angeles that will end in late December.

VAN HALEN's tour, which features Roth behind the mic for the first time in 22 years, launched in late September to massive ticket sales and mostly positive reviews. The trek features Wolfgang Van Halen, teenage son of guitarist Eddie Van Halen, playing bass instead of original member Michael Anthony, who was not invited to participate.

- SLASH Planning Solo Album
VELVET REVOLVER guitarist Slash recently published his autobiography and now has a solo album in his sights. Although he doesn't have a timetable for the project, Slash told The Pulse of Radio he already has a lot of ideas for what direction he wants it to take. "I really want to do a solo record and play with a lot of different people that I've worked with before, maybe some people I haven't worked with, and just do something really, really sort of interesting," he said. "'Cause I've played on so many other people's records, you know, and I want to write material for, like, different individuals to sing on and whatnot. So that's sort of like the main sort of backburner kind of thing going on at the moment."

Meanwhile, VELVET REVOLVER was forced to cancel a four-city Japanese tour after the band members were denied visas. A spokesperson for concert promoter Creativeman Productions noted in a statement that the group had previously toured Japan in 2005, but now explained, "The increasingly tough Japanese immigration officials are taking exception with the backgrounds of various band members, which have included arrests." VELVET REVOLVER is appealing the decision, but the process could take months to resolve. "We want to apologize to our fans in Japan that we won't be able to perform our scheduled concerts," the band said in a statement. "We don't understand why the authorities won't give us visas when they granted them for us in 2005 for what was a successful tour and a great experience. We love Japan and look forward to our return there."

VELVET REVOLVER is still scheduled to tour Australia in early December.

The group wrapped up a North American tour with ALICE IN CHAINS last month as it continues promoting its second album, "Libertad". The record has sold 250,000 copies in the United Staes since its release last July, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Slash will appear as a presenter at the 35th annual American Music Awards, which will broadcast live on ABC this Sunday (November 1 from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, beginning at 8 p.m. ET.

- MEGADETH's DAVE MUSTAINE: 'If I Was The President…'
Guitar World magazine has posted an interview with MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine. A series of 10 video clips featuring Mustaine sounding off on such topics as his early influences, his former bandmates, his 2002 arm injury and writing about politics can be found at GuitarWorld.com. One of the clips — in which Mustaine talks about whether he would ever write a completely "political" album — can be viewed below.

What do Mickey Mouse and I Have in Common?

So as some of you have read my voice has all but given out on me and I was going to go to the doctor but guess what??? got called off because of work!!! Now my voice is a scratchy mouse kind of sound and my customers and co-workers thinks it's hilarious because with it cracking all the time I sound like I am going through puberty all over again. And what a wonderful thing this has become. I enjoy a joke as much as anyone else and can laugh at myself more than most people can but being the butt of the joke all day for the past two days is starting to develop some unnerving postal tendencies as of late. One more day to go and then I get the weekend to try and rest my voice. If you see breaking news this Friday that an employee at a wholesale tire company in Minnesota has gone on a rampage, wish me luck that I avoided the police and got home safely!!!

Can No Longer Speak

Man I gotta say I really enjoy this site and all the people I have met but due to my work and taking care of my son I don't get to hang out and play as I would like. Which brings me to todays topic: I Can No Longer Speak. I open my mouth and no sound come out. I have pushed myself at work so hard that my voice has left me. Which is not good when you spend all your day on the phone as my job requires. But now at the end of the day I can't even speak to my son which really bothers me. Going to go see the doctor in the morning but pretty sure I'm going to be told to shut up for awhile and miss some work which is not a good thing. Work is crazier than ever right now and this is my prime time of the year to make that extra cash that helps get me through the next year.

I thought the older you get the smarter you worked but I seem to have that all backwards.

A Week From Hell & Stress Management

"One Helluva Week" does not even begin to describe the week I've had or is even remotely close to begin the emotional state to which it's conclusion has put me in! I'm not quite sure where to begin my tale of chaos, so I will start from the beginning with Monday.

It started out ok with my run of the mill 10 hour work day. Monday's are always crazy because of the needs of customers that has built up over the weekend to which they try and remedy by all calling at once so as a result it is not uncommon to hang up the phone after helping a customer to see that I have 5 - 8 messages on voice mail to retrieve and return. I repeat this process over and over all day until everyone has been helped. I was behind all day and have my son's school conference that night so I work through and without lunch so I can get out in time.

Needless to say I was so far behind all day that I ended up working late. Everyone at work knew I needed to get out on time but instead of staying an extra 20 minutes or so to help out, they all took off and left me to deal with my customers and theirs as well. So I call the ex to say I'm going to be late in picking up my son and simply asked if there was any way she could help. She in turn decides this is an opportunity to go off on me instead. After screaming and bitching for ten minutes or so she says she will call her boyfriend (who doesn't have a job) to see if he is available to help. She calls back in the same bitchy mood to say her boyfriend will pick up my son and that I will have to go to her place to pick him up because she is working late herself.

With that taken care of I can finally get to the pages of orders I need to process through the system so I can get them to the warehouse and get out of work. While I do this my warehouse manager keeps coming up to the office every 10 - 15 minutes to see "Are you done yet?". To which I tell him I've got a ton to do and that it would really help if he took the orders off the printer and bring them back to the warehouse with him so they can get a jump on things. He in turn replies: "do I look like your fucking bitch?" then slams the door and walks out?!? I blow it off because I have to get my work done so I can get my son. By this time I am filled with enough venom that the next person who chooses to be an asshole instead of help will receive a verbal enema so fierce that the result be equal to making them look as if they had just spent several nights in prison with some very large and lonely inmates.

I finally get everything done and down the warehouse and get my ass out of there. During the whole time while I'm busting my ass to get out of there my ex is leaving message after message on my cellphone. On my way home in the car I listen to them and it turns out to be her boyfriend wanting to know when I'm going to pick up my son because "He's got shit to do". So now I am really pissed. They guy left me eight messages!!! so I get there and he's sitting there in the driveway with his "boys" drinking beer. I get out the car say hello and ask where my son is to which he replies "Fuck if I know the little shit's around here somewhere". Suddenly a wave of the most intense anger I have felt in a long time rushes through me and I just start shaking in it's wake trying to hold it back. He and his boys see this and everyone of puts down their beer and takes a step or two back with a look of fright in their eyes. I got these slackers right where I want them - scarred as hell and willing to do just about whatever I want to get me to go away. I try to speak but instead I yell like a crazed barbarian "WHERES MY SON!!!" Everyone in a at least a ten block radius had to have heard me and they stop in their tracks with fear to see where and who was so enraged. The boy friend and his boys start running in every direction to find my son and everyone else around literally grabbed their children and ran panicked into their homes.

This whole time it turns out my son was simply inside watching cartoons. He comes out unaware to what happened (how he didn't hear was beyond me) and jumps into my arms and gives me a big hug and kiss. All the stress and anger just wash away. He tells me how much he loves me and that he missed me because I was late. I put him in the car and get ready to go then the ex's boyfriend comes up to the car and says he sorry, was just kidding and the whole no-hard-feelings thing. I tell my son I will be a minute and walk with the dickhead up the driveway and grab one of his full beer cans, mean while he just keeps rambling on. we get up to the garage, we step inside and I close the door behind us. I then place the beer on the floor and tell him to pick it up. The idiot does and as he bends over to pick it up I grab him by the back of his shirt and slam him against the back wall of the garage WWE wrestling style and then grab him by the front collar of his shirt and explain to him in the most calm and even tone I can muster that if he ever calls me without it being an emergency again, and if he ever speaks to me or about my son that way again that I will make sure to erase his existence from the face of the planet and that I had no issues with going to jail over it because three meals a day, no job and no ex to deal with would be a most welcome change. I look down to see the punk actually pissed his pants!!! He's shaking and speechless - I put the fear of God into that man like no one had before. I then opened the garage door and picked the beer off the floor, cracked it open and handed it to him and asked if we understood each other and all he could do was nod his head yes. I went back to the car and drove away.

I do my best not to let my anger get the better of me but I have to admit that it felt great to let it out for those couple of minutes. I made sure not to hurt him but just rough him up enough to convey I had enough of his bullshit and that while I am normally a controlled and well natured person that I am NOT to be fucked with.

So finally the night ends with us waiting 35 minutes for the conference with my son's teacher but everything goes great. His reading, writing and math has all improved and he is one the most liked students in her class.

Unfortunately it's only Monday and the rest of the week at work goes the same way as Monday did with an average of 12 - 15 hour days with the ex bitch'n at me every time she calls about everything and anything under the sun just because that seems to be her thing ever since we broke up. By Friday night after she had picked my son up, I am throughly mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted. I spent the night in bliss full silence - no phones ringing, no one bitching - absolutely no sound at all and for the first time all week I was at last content and calm again.

Peace may be fleeting but damn is it worth it when you can find it. Can't wait for next week for the cycle to repeat itself again.

Calling All Metallica Fans...

METALLICA have issued the following update:

"We're still stuck in the studio, but when we were invited to participate in the 21st Annual Bridge School shows, we just couldn't say "no". We're going to record both nights (October 27th and 28th at Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View, CA) and have them here (www.livemetallica.com) for you shortly after. It's an acoustic show that NEIL YOUNG puts together each year in the Bay Area, and this is the second time for us. And all proceeds from the sale of downloads from these two shows will go to the Bridge School.

Freshly Stewed Meat Sauce

Wednesday night. Day 3 out 5 working days. Average of 11 - 13 hours a day = the brain equivalent of freshly stewed meat sauce. I swear when I move my head from side to side I hear a watery type of swhishing sound. At my age that CAN'T be a good thing. Plus we are not in the "busy" season yet at my job either. Can you say "Early Retirement due to Mental Instability"??? I can but worry I won't be able to if I continue at the pace that I am.

But what choice does one have when you have bills on top of bills and a Son to raise. These dang kids cost a lot to raise these days you know. When I was a kid my mother made all my clothes which was why when I sat on the couch sometimes no one would see me because my clothes and the fabric she re-covered the couch in was the same but what the hell did I care? I was never home anyway... always playing baseball, football or hockey until they would drag me home. But these days you can't do that it seems. The kids have to be in organized sports - you never see a pick up game of baseball any more. These days everything is so structured and monitored that the child has no time to develop on their own. Just about every park i take my son to there is only one other child or two and the parents are so over protective they leave half the time or have the child so over protected that they freak when my son asks them to play or even their name. When I was a kid it was so easy to make friends - "whats your name? do you like baseball?" if they gave their name and said yes, you were friends.

I feel so bad for my son because he is as friendly and outgoing as I am and he struggles so much in trying to make friends. It should not have to be that hard. And another thing... making friends these days as adults is even crazier - most people are so wrapped up and guarded with their own personal woes that they feel like you want something from them in return for even just a friendly hello. Why is that??? granted I am a sales person so most people fear and loath my very existence but even when I'm at the gas station filling up and say "hello" to the person next to me, more times than not I receive a look of "what, why are you talking to me???" in place of a simple "how ya doin?" in return. Maybe it's just simply my long hair, dark sun glasses and burly build that causes people to be leery of me. But the guy at the post office is covered head to toe in tattoos and has piercings in every place one can pierce themselves and no one seems to mind. I would think most folks would be more wary of him as far as their personal hang ups go instead of my long hair, but maybe the comparison is unfair since he is at a work place and I'm just some nut across from you at the gas station.

I have a bit of rant to go on about in regards to something at work but need another day or two before I spew a rant about that. But I promise an update of verbal barbarity will ensue once the situation has come to its end. Thats enough blah, blah, blah about my life as I am sure you can endure for one day and the meat sauce of which my brain is functioning as, has come to a boil and is leaking quite grossly from my head.

Helluva Week

Man it has been a hell of a week. Sixty Five working hours in five days and I still have a ton to do but I was so burnt out by five o'clock on Friday that I HAD TO GET THE HELL UP OUTTA THERE!!! Got to spend some time with my son that night, which aways helps after a long week. First weekend without him since I can't remember and I'm so damned tired from the week I don't want to do a damn thing. So I figured what they hey - might as well play some Bioshock until I beat it and that took all Friday night into Saturday morning but I did it. Finally beat the game and it was so damn good that now I need to play it again to get the alternate ending. I just wish Monday could be another week away - I could really use the break.

I know Gamespot was giving out tokens for the COD4 Beta but by the time I got home all week I was too late to get one - anyone out there know of anyone with an extra token???

Holy Prostitutes

A man is driving down a deserted stretch of highway when he noticesa sign out of the corner of his eye....It reads:

SISTERS OF ST. FRANCIS
HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION
10 MILES

He thinks this is a figment of his imagination and drives on without second thought....

Soon he sees another sign which reads:

SISTERS OF ST. FRANCIS
HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION
5 MILES

Suddenly he begins to realize that these signs are for real and drives past a third sign saying:

SISTERS OF ST. FRANCIS
HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION
NEXT RIGHT

His curiosity gets the best of him and he pulls into the drive. On the far side of the parking lot is a stone building with a small sign next to the door reading:

He climbs the steps and rings the! bell. T he door is answered by a nun in a long black habit who asks, "What may we do for you my son?"

He answers, "I saw your signs along the highway and was interested in possibly doing business.... "

"Very well my son. Please follow me." He is led through many winding passages and is soon quite disoriented. The nun stops at a closed door and tells the man, "Please knock on this door."

He does so and another nun in a long habit, holding a tin cup answers the door... This nun instructs, "Please place $100 in the cup then go through the large wooden door at the end of the hallway."

He puts $100 in the cup, eagerly trots down the hall and slips through the door pulling it shut behind him.

The door locks, and he finds himself back in the parking lot facing another sign:

GO IN PEACE.
YOU HAVE JUST BEEN SCREWED BY THE SISTERS OF ST. FRANCIS.
SERVES YOU RIGHT, YOU SINNER

Led Zeppelin Tour Rumor

LED ZEPPELIN: Official Concert Announcement Coming Next Week?

According to Billboard.com, a press conference will be held on September 12 in London in connection with LED ZEPPELIN's possible reunion concert in honor of late producer/record mogul Ahmet Ertegun, to be held at the O2 in London in November,

There has been talk that tour producers AEG Live and Michael Cohl's CPI (ROLLING STONES, GENESIS) have put in offers on a ZEPPELIN tour featuring founding members Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones with late drummer John Bonham's son Jason on drums. But it is also well known in the industry that standing offers have been on the table for a LED ZEPPELIN tour for more than a decade.
