Joystick update.

My project has been dealt a horrible blow this week. Found out the wood I was using was not MDF, but particle board. Particle board does not paint well....takes alot of work to paint.

So I'll be making a trip to Home Depot this weekend to get some MDF board and pretty much start over.

The good news though is that I can use the particle board pieces as templates for the MDF board. So it shouldn't take too long to get 3 more cut out and assembled. So Im looking at having a completed joystick by Sunday if things go smoothly.

So thats what Im gonna be up to this weekend.

MDF is very thick. Tough to cut with a hole saw. You'll notice a difference in the smell while you wait for it to cool.

Gears man, WTF. Doing those levels for the first time ever on insane and not beign able to communicate with you is the suck. I should jumped on the troika when i crushed the seeder but it was firing on it's own like there was a locust on it so i was scared of it

There should be a damn checkpoint when you drop the door on that seeder.

We'll get it tonight though...because the damn voice chat is gonna work. Theres gotta be a fix or something for Windows Live.
