Alright, I shouldn't have posted that comment, my apologies for it.

But just look at it from my side here, if I were to start taking potshots at the American society, christian faith, morals and understandings in my blog, what kind of backlash do you think I would be getting over it?

I can tell you right now that it won't be pretty.

Regardless of anything else you can put up in defense of it, including the freedom of speech, consider this gem from Kierkegaard;

"People demand the freedom of speech, to compensate for the freedom of thought, which they already enjoy."

then I guess you dont wanna meet Missouri nazis those are 10x worse!! LOL and about your thoughts you can write or say whatever you want thats what freedom of speech is for. Now you gotta be prepared for the consequences and honestly to me that picture is funny. But all religions have something ludicrous and ridiculous in em. Muslims ..they just have a big target on their heads as of late. Wed make more fun of about Scientology but those fuckers come and sue your balls off.

I take pot shots at Christians and some of their beliefs all the time. I will also stand up for some of what they believe in, because a lot of it isn't bad. It's the EXTREMEST portion of Christians, or any religion really, that gets the bad name....which then goes on to the rest of whatever particular religion we are speaking of at the time.
I do think you took it a little harsh, Cat, because I don't think Joe meant anything by it at all. It's a pretty funny picture....even if a bit crude.
