Bummer #2

Well, that cast  lasted all of about-----4 hours

We had to go back and get another one!!!  Hopefully it will stay on longer!

I did that when I was 11. I wanted to go swimming so I just yanked my cast off. My mom is a PT and OH was she mad when she found out what I did.
Did you get the goretex lining or just the standard non waterproof cotton?

that looks like standard cotton. The thumb separator is easly chiseled out by taking a # 2 pencil. Start by pulling the eraser out and bitting the metal part flat. Then chisel away to free the thumb and presto easy removal of that cast. Or at least that is how I done it.
