Gunnel also did a few TR episodes, which are far easier on the eyes than the other episodes done by other artists.

It's easy to see the joy and pleasure that Gunnel lays in his work. It's superhero-comic style drawing with a big fat wink, almost as if he's on the outside looking in.

He's almost European in style, which has always been more reliant on conveying humor rather than telling a stylized story. It's recognizable for people not from the US, at least.

To me, Gunnel draws graphic novels that everybody wants to look at, and not only just a part of the world that digs it out of a cultural obligation.
