All the kids are doing it

Well, I guess since all the kids are blogging these days I'll give it a shot. A little background on myself is the first order of business so here goes. My name is Dave, born Jan 5th in '77. I currently live in New Port Richey , Florida but will be moving home to Land O' Lakes, Fl. Yeah, it's a whole 20 miles or so but that's where my family has lived for 50 years or so. It's also where my wife's (Amy) family lives, so there is more support for us and the kids (Evan & Bailey). Evan will be 3 in January and Bailey will be 1 in December. So you know we need all the support we can find helping with the kids.

Last night we went trick-or-treating for the first time! It was a great time seeing Evan look up at me and say "daddy, candy!" when it was dropped into his orange plastic pumpkin. I made the mistake of giving him a roll of smarties before bed and he was up screaming all night long. He was sleepwalking, crying and saying something about cleaning his room. Not fun. Lesson learned.

Hopefully I find some time to write more, I have ideas where I would like to take this blog but time will tell if I can stick to it.
