Made It Back to the States

Although London was cool, being home is even cooler...well, actually, it's warmer. I didn't think you could get more chilly this time of year than New England, apparently Old England is--it was 60 or so degrees in the city when I was there, maybe a bit colder (hard to tell since everything measures in C and I'm not very good at Celsius).

If you go to England make sure you're aware of the exchange rate, it can be easy to be like "oh, it's only 5.99" but it's really $12 USD. :-)

I've bee up since 6am GMT and now it's 5pm EDT, which, if I do the math, means I've been up for 16 hours or something, and now it's dinner time (again). I think I've eaten six times today, hmm.

I was there a few years ago and found the same thing with prices. Things SEEMEd cheaper like basically 1/2 the cost of what we pay but since the exchange rate is like 2:1, it works out to the same cost. Now the exchange rate is even worse so we have no plans on going back there anytime soon.
