Too Human is WAY too much fun and fitness

I have been very low energy lately and this game is the perfect one for me at this time. It is exactly whatever you want it to be: want lots of strategy and funky combos? go for it. Want to just bash your way through a brazillian enemies... go for it.

Why so low energy: just too much stuff going on. I am so tired at the end of the evening. I have taken up working out (hard cardio on my elliptical machine) for 45 minutes. The machine says that I go through over 500 calories, but I don't believe it. I am enjoying it. It's hard, but I notice that I can get up the stairs much easier at work. Yes, I am THAT person: the kind that takes the stairs 6 floors.  Fitness FTW! But it's hard. I want to game. Wow, that sounds pathetic.  "Wah! I don't want to make myself healthier, I want to be a GAMER!" But really, I have to start prioritizing and health comes above gaming. So I do feel better, and I know that it's going to pay off in the future.   So: be honest with yourself: does gaming come before fitness and health?

Erica is asking for a potty at daycare. I don't think she is close to potty training (she's only 19 months old... aka about a year and a half) but I think she's curious. We'll see how it goes.  I did buy her a little potty today. Very cute. So it's there if she asks for it.  She is also HUGE into the Backyardigans. Whatever you do, don't listen to their music. It's WAY too catchy, and not only that: it's actually kinda good. Especially for the under 5 set. So, basically I have the Backyardigans music in my head all day long. ah well: it could be Sheryl Crow.  I have a total hate on for that chick. Don't know why, but I do.

That's it: have a good evening....

working out vs. gaming.... I also have a very hard time with that.... And, Erica is so smart, it is not impossible to think the you could start potty training at her age. They used to do it way back when. Good luck with it!

Don't be bashing on Brazilians! They have produced many great things like waxing your nethers and that giant statue of Jesus.

I have a recumbent exercise bike and play madden 2008 to pass the time. It really helps.

Thing is, you can't discourage the request for potty, not that you would. And yes, it's not impossible to think that she could learn already. Some experts suggest teaching as soon as they learn to walk.
Catchy part of the backyardigans is the harmony produced from multiple characters. Kids like the show because the characters speak so slowly.
