Tiger Woods 09

A guy that I work with is trying to talk me into buying it.  I bought TW 08 last year and enjoyed it for a month or two last year before I went back to my regular games.  He keeps going on and on about how great the new version is and is wanting me to buy it so we can play together.  Anybody out there have last years and this years games?  Just wondering if it is that much better or should I stick with what I have?

Rent it. most places don't have late fees, so if you rent it and keep it a week or so, then decide if you want to invest $$$ in it. That's pretty much what I did with BF: BC. I rented it, played through SP, played some MP, and decided it was only worth a rental.

I played the demo, and I used to have '07. I would say the graphics look a little better, I don't know about the '08 version, but '09 has a "club customizer" where you can go in and make custom clubs, changing things like power, spin and workability. all of which then change the sweet spot on the club.
