I'm an addict

So the sings started on the trip over to my parents. We're driving over; me, Mrs. Mulch and the Mini-Mulches. And the Mulch-dog. Or whatever I usually call him.

I start singing "Welcome Home" by Coheed and Cambria. I mean, not humming it. Not singing under my breath. But full-blown belting it out. BUM BA-BA-BUM-BUM-BUM BA-BA-BUM BA-BA-BA-DA-BA-DA-BUM!!!!

I've got their two latest albums, and they are good, but this was weird. But thinking nothing of it, I kept driving. See, at my parents I am without Xbox. So I can't get my daily fix of Halo, Biocrack, Guitar Hero or Rock Band. Most importantly, apparently, Rock Band.

By the next day (today) I'm feeling urges related to Green-Green-Red-Yellow-Blue-Orange... I even posted on Facebook that I could chart Welcome Home from memory.

So now its been 2 days since I've played (I was on a 20 plus day streak), and I am in Xbox withdrawal. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it. My fingers twitch, my brain dreams of seeing Valhalla, Il Blue Dive, or Neptune's Bounty.

I did go buy a couple more 1600 point cards at Target today for $15, but that didn't give me my fix. I need to start bringing the 360 with me, or make myself a 360 laptop. Something to feed the addiction.
