That's a tough one. I think that Palpatine guts the edge Since he duped a whole galaxy of people, recruited Annakin, played both sides of the field (Rebels Alliance and the Empire) and ran an entire galactic empire.

Scorpius, though very cool, can't compare to that. He was beaten at almost every turn buy a half wit in a space shuttle. lol

I agree, Scorpius, though very cool, was never really sucessfull. I say Palpatine.

I don't know, I think I'll have to vote for Scorpius. He created a virtual self and stuck it in dude's head to fuck with him all the time. And then there's his torture devices; I mean besides the whole mini-me in my head shit. Palpatine was a sneaky bastard, granted, but I think Scorpius was more demented even than him.

As far as being beaten by a half-wit goes, some people are just lucky.

I didn't follow farscape real close, but Palpatine seemed a lot more evil. Scorpius might torture you in front of your friends. Palpatine would find a way to make your friends do the torturing.
