Fan fiction?!?!?

He checks the Mjolnir mark IV helmet lying next to him.  He and his helmet were going to go through a lot tonight.  Something deep down inside told him that even though tonight would be tough, there would be many a battle in this helmet still to come.  He looks to the two that are standing with him.  They are looking to him for the right thing to do.  This might not be there first battle but they still looked green in his eyes.  It seems like yesterday he was training them.  No time for nostalgia now, no, it was the time to prepare and check their gear one last time.  He gave the order and there was a blur of motion and the various clicking and clacking of equipment being checked and rechecked.  If tonight was not going to be a disaster they would need their equipment as much as they need each other.  He gives the signal for them to follow.  He approaches a door they have all walked thru thousands of times, yet this time it looks different.  It looked darker than when he had seen it last.  No time to wonder about it though.  It was go time.  He walked to the door and puts in his key.  Slowly he turns the key, engaging the mechanical components of the lock.  It clicks open and he can almost hear the pressure escaping as the outside and inside atmospheres try to blend.  He swings open the door and then they see them.  Hundreds of them all lined up, snarling and squawking amongst themselves.   Slowly every one of their gazes turns to him and his team.  Fear starts to creep into his mind like radiation, slowly poisoning his resolve.  Then his training kicks in, this is what he trained for.   He raises his head and meets the look of the frenzied mob.  With a half smirk on his face he says “Welcome to EB games halo three launch event.”…….

Yeah it’s a little dramatic but the Halo bug has me hard core.  5 days, 7 hours and 14 minutes as I write this and it will be mine!!!

The rubber mallet teabagged my finger...

So I smashed the index finger on my right hand hard enough to split it open today.  What sucks is that while installing the same cobble stone patio that I smashed my index today, last weekend I smashed my thumb on the same hand.  Despite the name, rubber mallet, they aren’t all that soft.  I think fate is trying to keep me from my Halo goodness in less then 7 days.  I will not succumb though, no way!  Party at Wilderz house over the weekend was a good time.  He should be posting some pics in his blog soon.  Other than that nothing to bitch about so I end with a shamelessly proud dad picture placement.  Enjoy.

Going to a party this evening at Wilderz(‘s??) house.  Will be fun, although he did put on his blog something about taking clothes off and taking pictures, maybe I shouldn’t go.  Or maybe I can take pictures and show you the testosterone fueled explosion of masculinity that is Wilderz with out his shirt on.  Maybe we can get a little GHII action in.  Anywho, it is a short entry for me today as it is Saturday.  Woohoo family day!!!  And remember kiddies, give hugs…..not thumbs down.

The third seal was broken, and a great trumpet sounded.  The third sign of the apocalypse was upon us.  Daddy Su had begun to blog…..

For those of you unfamiliar with me, allow myself to introduce….myself….

I am Korey, aka SuPimp, aka Daddy SU.  I have been a member of this site since the beginning.  Not the beginning of the site, mind you.  The beginning of time.  On the first Day, Doodi decided there needed to be a big bang.  He had Dsmooth program it and thus the universe was born.  Then they rested.  Fast forward a few millennia and we encounter another important event in 2old2play history.  Tank coming down the mountain with the video game commandments (which must have taken hours surfing the scrollnet) to inform and guide the old people through the Timmy desert.  Man we have come a long way.  I remember Jesus (you know him as Mike James these days)and I used to dial in to the old 2old2play BBS and see who could most creatively use asshat or fucktard in a sentence.  Good times…..

So to paraphrase, I have been around these parts for a good bit.  Sometimes more active than others.  With the great and almighty Halo 3 coming soon I figured there was no better time to start my rants.  It also doesn’t hurt that I am a stay at home dad (until I finish school) and have no one to talk to during the day except my 7 month old boy.  So like it or not every body can now have a little peek inside my noggin.  Careful though, contents under pressure.

So it kind of sucks being a man in today’s world.  I’ll give you one quick example of the conflicting feelings you get being today’s “evolved” man.  My wife’s work is full of fucktards.  There is no other way to describe the administrative component of that place as anything but broken.  There are too many problems to even list here.  This causes my wife a great deal of stress and worry.  Not to mention that some people there are down right rude and degrading.  So I have years upon years of instinct to go down there and throttle a few people and get the message across that she is NOT to be messed with.  I know that would do nothing but get her fired and me thrown in jail so that’s out.  Doesn’t mean that everything in me isn’t telling me to go down there and ruining peoples day/week/year for making my boo boo kitty fuck upset.  Fucking clown shoes man…..
