Back to school

School for me starts in less than two weeks, I'm a little nervous because I haven't been to school in almost 10 years. I am excited to go back and get my Massage Therapy license, I have many people offering to be test dummy's for me The only thing I don't look forward to is the study of Anatomy & Physiology, I was always bad at sience because it was boring to me. Maybe now that I am more into science (thanks to CSI) it will be easier. It take 6 months to complete the course then I get to take the State Board test, yay. After that I'm not sure what I will do, not many places around here to work in this field. My daughter says to get a job on a cruise ship so that she can go on cruises all the time lol

I have to go get a physical for school and a TB skin test, I haven't had a physical since I was on the high school dance team. Isin't it just a bunch of jump up and down and they check my heart beat? At least I don't have balls, "now turn your head and cough"...lol Sorry guys, but that would just be weird! I guess it's not any weirder than having a breast exam some doctor thoroughly rubing each part of your tits, TMI sorry.

Just cause

I decided I didn't like the picture I had as my avatar, so I found the goofiest ones I had of DSmooth to put there and it just happen to be a goofy one of BC also. At this point they are both drunk and I have no idea as to what they are talking about. I'm sure I have even goofier ones of some of the rest of the people from the LAN I just haven't finished going through all of them.

Maybe today the video of Wisest Wizard will be done uploading to the web for DSmooth to edit and get posted. It takes forever to upload stuff on my Arkansas backwoods Wal-Mart connection lol It took 4 hours to upload the LAN pictures to my myspace page lastnight, I guess it would have gone faster if I hadn't chose to upload 90+ pictures at once.

Slow recovery

I am still not fully recovered from the LAN, today I slept untill almost 1:00pm...if you don't count the hour and a half when I got my daughter ready for school lol

Drove to Little Rock yesterday to pick Smoke up from the airport and I had a hard time staying awake to get there. I had to make my 8 year old stay awake and help keep me awake. He gets off the plain in lots of pain because his ear didn't pop right and it was full of pressure, worse than my issues I think. Two days before the LAN I woke up with lots of bumps on the back of my right knee and I thought I had been eatin up by chiggers, but it turns out to be poison ivy or oak..not sure yet I have to go get it checked out. I am popping Benadryl like it's candy and I have my leg smothered in Caladryl. I hope I can recover soon because this shit itches like crazy

Home sweet home

After an hour and a 1 1/2 hour flight and a 3 1/2 hour drive I am home...Yay! The LAN was kick ass this year! Thank you Dahji for helping me finish off the Jose Cuervo, I couldn't have done it without you...too bad you don't remember taking that last shot, along with other things. I'd like to say thank you to everyone that was willing to donate their name tag to me on Saturday nite, I know some of you didn't have one to give and one of you some how peed on yours (lol) and then there was just one who wouldn't give his up, not namining names J.T.H. lol A few people got pictures of all the name tags I had on and I'm sure they will make their way onto the site at some point along with the other fucked up ones from late last nite

Thank you to Doodi, DSmooth, Phreaks, Smoke, Taxi, Bubba (I think was his name) and everyone else that had a hand in making this years LAN so awesome!

I will try to get some of the pictures put up tomorrow, I only took one full video and it was a Guitar Hero game with Caesarrrrr & Mr White. I will also try to post that for you guys, if I can figure it out

The LAN

So far it has been lots of fun! I went today with Dan & Dominick (prolly not spelt right) to the Sears Tower, it was lots of fun. We road the train downtown and got to see many diff parts of the city. We stoped in at a pizza and past place for lunch wich was just awesome. I'd like to say thank you to Dominick and Dan for a great day out of the hotel! Oh and for the French lesson. I have taken lots of pictures but I forgot the hook up cord for my pc so I will post them when I get back home. Trying to hide from other people cameras didn't work out to well for me this year lol

Yesterday was a lot of Rock Band, Halo 3 & GOW. As for me I played my third and fourth games of Halo 3 ever. Dahji talked me into it lol I have mets lots of new people and made some good friends. Meemoos is who I have spent most of my time with and she is a trip. I like being able to move from click to clik and communicate with all of them. Jeep is nothing like I was expecting her to be; she is awesome and fun to hang around, you never know whats going to come out of her mouth but it makes me laugh every time. Pearly is great, I had lunch with her and the rest of the WoW gang yesterday. I hope to see all of thesepeople again next year and maybe even some more. It would take me all day to remember everyone I have met so I'm just going to ramble off the ones I know I can remember...Dominick, Dan, Dahji, Doodi, Drost, DSmooth, Ken, Taxi, MikeJames, Pythonista, Al, Blizz, Wytex, oPhreako, JasonTroyhimself, Killthrash, Em, Pearly, Meemoos, Dantes, AbeFroman, LadiesLuvMe, Caesarrrrr (not a dickhead ), Mr. White, Blue Eyes (that's just what I called him), Boob man (LB Sutke), Soup, Speedbump, DC300, BanjoCut, Sharpshooter, Mini, Stridog & his wife Chris. Crazy ass Dog

So I took some advice and took a long hot relaxing detox bath. My dog came in the room and sat on the step into the tub and wanted me to pet him so I did, but that wasn't enough for him. Nope, he decided to jump into the tub with me. For a dog that hates to have a bath this was just funny. My little Tea-cup Yorkie just just right in like I am not suppose to be in there without him. Just had to share this little story with the rest of ya, HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND! I will see a bunch of you next week in Chi-town

Well SHIT

With just over a week to go before the LAN I have managed to fuck up my back. I now feel like I am getting old, all I did was dig a hole for a dead cat. Well it was more like a hole and a half since I hit a tree root and had to start over. Digging here isn't the same as digging else where, we live in the mountains and our ground is a shit load of rocks with an itsy bitsy bit of dirt thrown in. To dig a hole here you have to hammer the ground over and over again with a mattock to break up the rocks and then use the shovel to move them. So now my lower back hurts, I have a hard time trying to sit and stand. I've been trying some exercises to get it back to normal but no help yet, all that did was make the rest of my body sore lol Maybe a soak in the hot tub will help. If anyone has any good suggestion please let me know. I just hope it's better by next week!

Give credit where due

I just spent one hour outside digging a hole to burry a dead cat. The temp was 98�� degrees and the heat index was around 101, and I almost passed out several times. I wasn't over dressed and I was in the shade. I don't see how construction workers and road workers make it through a day like this or even hotter. Maybe it's I am too white, I burn in less than half an hour if I am not wearring at least 30SPF sun block. How do these people keep from passing out? I use to be able to stay outside in the heat all day, but that's when I was 17. Now I don't think I could make it for half a day. It's not like I just went out and dug for an hour without a break, no I took a break and had some cold water but I still felt like I was going to black out. I have to say that people that work outside all day have the hardest jobs in the summer, I know I couldn't ever do it.

You know when you are driving down the road and you have to stop for road contruction; I, like most people, get mad about having to stop and wait for the other traffic. I had never stoped to think about the fact that at least I am sitting in a nice air conditioned car and not standing out in the blistering heat. I don't know how you guys stay out in the heat all day long and work around hot machinery, but thank you. Without people like you our roads would never get built and buildings wouldn't get constucted. Most of us take people like this for granite everyday, I just thought it would be nice to give credit where credit is due. I would like to thank each of you in this line of work for all that you do!

Forge

I haven't played much Halo 3 since it came out. Smoke and I played the campaign and beat it, and it was a lot of fun. We even at one point got to play with Skycube and that was just funny listening to him and Smoke. I guess because I'm not that good I just didn't get into playing Co-op. I did try a few training games and I got my ass handed to me, so I just didn't go back to it. Once in a while I will step in for Smoke if he is preoccupied and for the most part it is fun playing with those guys, they are a riot to listen to.

This past week I started messing around with forge on Foundry. My first try was BAD, but the one I finished today looks like it will be an all around fun map for FFA. I love playing with the forge, I have so much fun creating and trying new things. I may not love playing the game since I suck but I am having a blast with the map making lol This just shows that even someone like me can have a blast with Halo I am now drawing out my maps first on grid paper, this makes it easier for me to see the finished look and decide if it is even going to be a good map. I can also let Smoke look at it and see what he thinks and if changes need to be made I can make them before I start building. This makes building it much easier in the long run. If anyone has an suggestions for me please just send me a pm, I am always looking for good ideas.

Getting Close

Almost LAN time again and the excitement is building. I'm NOT looking forward to the drive, but I am looking forward to the fun. I have a 4 hour drive on Wednesday night to Mississippi where my sister lives (She is keeping our daughter and my dog for us), then I have a 9 hour drive on Thursday to Chicago. I'm sure it's not as bad as some of the rest of you. But that long in a car by myself...I hope Smoke has a "relaxing smoke" ready for me when I get there lol I am real tense after long drives, because I can't stand the way most people drive lol I want to get where I am going and get out of the car...not drive 10-15 mph under the speed limit and take an extra 2 hours in the car lol

Time to make a check list for what to bring; XBox 360 Elite, 2 controlers, laptop, 2 changes of comfey clothes, something nice in case we go out for dinner, hair brush, Chi iron, tooth brush, shampoo & conditioner, camera, oh yeah...Halo 3 and excedrin.

I'm sure I will think of more things later, and I'm sure I will forget a few things as well lol

Nasty wake up

My daughter was nice enough to let me sleep in this morning, she has gotten better over the past year. I woke up around 8:30 and went to take the dog out to go potty.

The rank smell on my porch almost made me fall over. Smoke has a lot of outside cats and kittens (about 15), and I guess the kittens decided the old porch table (now taken apart and lying upside down under a mini trampolene) was a good place to do their "business". It smelt worse than anything I can think of! Me, being the nice wife that I am, cleaned it all up so Smoke wouldn't have to deal with it when he gets home. It took me over an hour to scrub the porch and clean up all the shit. Prolly wouldn't have been so bad, but Saturday Smoke threw out the left over steak bits from Friday night and they were drenched in A1 sauce. The big cats carried all the steak to the front porch and all the kittens joined in...never feed cats steak with A1 sause! lol At least now my porch is nice and clean, and I took the old table off.

Now I just need a trank gun to catch some of these cats and get rid of them. It wouldn't be so bad if they were fixed but only 1 of them is. It's not that we don't want to get them fixed it's that you can't catch some of them. We have one we call "Evil", I used a live trap to catch her and I carried her off 6-8 miles from our house...had to cross a bridge (Arkansas White River) into the next county where I droped her off. Two days later that bitch was right back on my porch, and now she's pregnant again. It's not that we pick up cats and bring them home, people just drop them off out here because it's the middle of nowhere surrounded by lots of woods. We tried calling the humane society to see if they could do something about all the drop offs and they said all they can do is come out and exterminate them WTF? I thought they could at least catch them and "fix" them. But no, they just wanted to kill them. BASTARDS. So we've decided to fork out the money to get the 5 kittens and their mom (nice cat) fixed and then just get rid of the rest of them IF we can catch them.

WTF 7:30 am wake up call

I was so wanting to sleep in today since it is my birthday. But NO, my dad calls me at 7:30 to bitch about my soon to be ex-brother-in-law. Even than isn't going to get me down today, I am going to party my heart out tonight...Margaritas, lots and lots of Margaritas.

Smoke and I might go see the Will Smith Movie "Hancock"; I hope so, it looks like a good movie. I have no other plans in mind, I just want to have a nice relaxing birthday and hope no more of my family bothers me!

Family

I know that sometimes your family members can do something stupid or just piss you off. But COME ON, I swear I had to have been switched at birth. My oldest sister is sitting in jail right now because of a two year old DWI or something. Failure to appear $1000.00 second failure to appear $250.00 somehow she cleared up the DWI but is being held for some other charge but they can't tell me what it is because it's so old she girl on the phone can't find the charge.

My sister works for my in-laws in their shipping department (despite me telling them NOT to hire her) and the company is closed this week for summer vacation. I guess her dumb ass thought she'd be abe to turn herself in and get it all fixed up before vacation is over (not smart enough to have the money she owes). Then my dad calls and asks me if Smoke and I are going to bail her out. I said hell no, we just kept her from going to jail last week and then she goes and turns herself into a diff jail 4 hours away for a charge from over 2 years ago. I swear she must be on some hard core drugs or something. She is now going to lose her house and her soon to be ex-husband is going to take all 3 kids.

I won't even get started on my dumb ass dad or my retarded egg donor (never earned the right to be called mom). I wish I could just move somewhere and never let them know where I am or how to reach me. Is that bad? The only family I have that I don't have the urge to just drop kick is my sister Andrea (3 years older) and I guess my sister Kalan (only 3 years old). What even more fucked up is it can't be blamed on the fact that we're from Arkansas because we're not. I need a rocket launcher and a shit load of sticky's!

Rant

My week with my daughter at soccer camp...It wouldn't have been so bad if the other parents would have stayed to look after their own children. Instead I some how ended up looking after 5-6 girls each day. Each day I was taking a cooler and 24 bottles of water because most of the kids weren't given enough water to drink for the day. Today was the last day and it started out fine, then the two drama queen sisters showed up (their mom is the assistant coach during the school year). She drops them off and just leaves, then they start their "I'm better than you so you need to baby me" act.

At break time they all went to get some water, then the coach called them and said it was time to get back on the field. One girl on the team accidentally hit the water bottle of the younger sister (drama queen #1)...She jumped up and started screaming at my daughter (she was on the field already when it happened). Screaming how she hates to get wet and how she hates that Jesse (my daughter) just did that. I calmly explained to her that Jesse didn't do it and it was just an accident. She then threw a temper tantrum and ran off behind all the cars screaming.

We finally got her to calm down and play with the rest of the kids. At the end of the day there was an awards ceremony and then one family bought pizza for all the kids. My daughter offered to go get pizza for the older sister (drama queen #2) and she started screaming how sick and disgusting Jesse is for saying the word pizza. She then ran off crying and screaming all because Jesse offered to go get her some food. What kind of parents do these two have? I've seen their mom yell at them for crying when they get hurt but she will let them throw a fit for no reason. The youngest one had a temper tantrum at least once a day all week long, and her mom was there for 3 of them and she did nothing. At one point her mom was hiding behind the rest of the parent because she didn't want her daughter to know she was there, said she would expect her to help her. What a bitch! I know I'm not the best mom in the world, but at least I discipline my child when she has done something wrong and I take care of her when she is hurt. What kind of parent would I be if I didn't!

Ok I will calm down now and stop with the rant lol
