I am Knackered (and not the good kind)

From the English to American Dictionary:

knackered adj. To describe yourself as "knackered" means that you are really tired - something along the lines of "beat". However, as usual it has a slightly more dodgy meaning as it technically describes being exhausted after sex. You can get away with it in everyday conversation but bear in mind that everyone knows the true meaning too. The derivation, I understand, is from the time when old, worn out horses were taken to the "knacker's yard" and... well... converted into glue.

Full day at work. 5k on the treadmill at the gym after work. Wolf dinner down en route to ambulance squad building. Perform Rig checks and then training on immobilization techniques.

Back home at 21:30ish, couple hours of H2 Clan play.

In bed 23:30ish.

First 911 call, fall victim ~ 00:30 . Patient is a BIG DUDE. Laborious extraction and transport to hospital.

Drop off at hospital, on way back to station at ~01:45. Call goes out for house fire.

On scene assisting fire dept from ~02:00 to 06:00. Cold. Heavy rain.

Back into bed at ~06:45. Alarm at 07:30. Alarm at 07:45. Alarm at 08:00. Alarm at 08:15. Cat walking back and forth across chest at 08:20.

QWERTY-BLOCKED!

Mystery for the day:

Why do some cats love sitting on keyboards? 

Are the spongey switches sensuously supportive to furry posteriors? 

Are they trying to teach us their secret cat-phabet, composed of groups of tri-chorded characters (3 keys per paw press)?

Or are they simply QWERTY blocking us, making the physical statement that our fingers should be stroking them instead of the keys?
