5 months to get a sample!!!

Back in May all 3 of our cats went in for checkup and shots. Gizmo (the Calico) had to be knocked out in order for the vet to do anything with her. Well she was put on antibiotics for a couple weeks and we were to bring in a urine sample to make sure all was well.......Shoulda known this would be a major ordeal!!!!! Lock the cat in the bathroom with water running....no luck.....lock the cat in cage with water dish....no luck.....GRRRRR!!!!! Getting annoyed now so gives the vet a call and finds out that they've had cats go 7-8 months and not be able to get a sample!!!!

Sooo...fast forward to a couple days ago....still no sample but Gizzy pee'd a couple times out side of the litter box which is a clear sign something is wrong. So I get her fav towel, a water dish and locks her up 1 more time in the cage.This time after being locked up all night she actually does go!!!!! Oh happy day!! Gets sample to vet and lo and behold she's ot a urinary tract infection again!!! Gues she's just gonna be succectible to to'um but at least not life threating since we caught it real early.

Just seems kinda strange she'd wait till something was wrong before giving up that friggin sample........or is it brains......HMMMMMM?!?!?!?

Clean Bill of Health!!!

Well doc gave me a good report card for my colonoscopy. Figured all wold be ok but having a cousin close to me in age die of colon cancer.....well.... you get the picture. Now if they could get those aching knees to stop aching.......damn....it's rough getting older!!!

Well I just finished my 2nd bottle of saline in prep for a colonoscopy.Due to family history doc says I better get in early and have it done. Being off work is usually kewl but this time shit's been interesting. At least got to spend some quality time with the COD:WAW beta!!(as bad with it as I am COD 4!!)

Finally......VICTORY!!!!!!

Well as previously stated my computer had been stuck in a dreaded explorer restart loop. I was able to get to stop restarting and do some scans. Scanned for virus', trojans, spyware, adware and whatever else could scan for and found absolutely nothing, nada,nathin not one fucking thing!!!!! Soooooooooooo.....did a bit more research and found this is a common prob with various fixes. Tried a bunch of said fixes and what do ya know.......not a friggin thing!!!!! Still had the loop!!!!

Now 'm really pissed and figures fuckit....get off what I can and restore......but being the stuborn guy I am thought I'd try a couple more fixes. Uninstalled and reinstalled some recent programs......nothing...then finally as a last  ditch effort figured I'd delete the last file I downloaded(3d pic from callofduty.com) and lo and behold.....the loop stopped!!!!! Since no one else had the prob (as far as I know) the file musta got corrupted in transit to me.....helluva corruption!!!! Thru alla my tinkering around I fucked up my antivirus and firewall but all is getting back to normal without losing anything cept for some hair getting pulled out!!!

Time for an early drink and let some timmies pop some caps in my ass!!!!! C'ya!! 

I knew better......

I very rarely try any beta software but after hearing a lot of good things about Google Chrome web browser I hadda give it a try. Since I had my vista machine I never bothered to creat a limited user account for it....just run as an admin and be done with it. Well thanks to some shoddy security with the new browser I finally picked up a virus!!! Suckers got my pc in a explorer restart loop!! I think I'm close to getting it fixed but have just about run out of gass after fooling with it most of the day. Got it to where I can access some files and do a few things.Oh well.....now I know....operate as a limited user and just use the admin account for admin shit. Damn I love the internet!! G'nite folks.
