I love when people tell funny in-game stories. Like Cynical Hermits blog. Wish more people did. Sometimes they give me such a good laugh that my sides hurt. The "I have that kind of thing happen to me moments" is good stuff. So bring on the chuckles, tell us your funny moments! Blog about your funny stories. I for one would love to read them.

Here's one of my first Socom funny in-game moments:

I'm new to the game. Playing with my new clan! I'm getting used to my gun. Trying to learn where the heck I am. I have my back to the wall, 'cause some *&(%$^%$* people like to snip me! ! ! (You know who you are.)

All of a sudden, all hell breaks out over my mic.  I hear guns blasting, frags going off, yelling, some words, lots of smoke off in the distant. And then. . . . . .nothing! It was so quiet. Not one sound. . . . .Then, I hear a lone voice come over the mic. . . . ."Dam, dude!!! Leave some for us to kill ! ! !" 

I was so upset that I missed it all going down ! ! ! One of my teammates took them ALL down! It was a complete melt down and I missed it all ! ! ! I felt like Linus in the pumpkin patch.

It seems like all my clan guys are funny. They keep me snickering and snortin' all through gameplay. It's not easy laughing and trying to kill people at the same time. Not for this Noobi!

Can you just imagine standing in line for 5 hours waiting for Garth Brooks tickets!?!?!  The things you learn about your clannies while waiting in the lobby. Yea, it's just that good....LOL

I know for a fact that Tim Hortons has a huge following. I've witnessed this more mornings than I've wanted to. Every morning across your beautiful country, they line up like sheep for the slaughter by poison. As I type this, TH's is bringing their poisonous brew to us unsuspecting Americans (because everybody knows we will eat/drink any crap set before us). Like sheep I tell ya.....Baaaaaaaa. I like to call it, The Emperor Has No Clothes syndrome. Follow, instead of lead. Ignorance is bliss and so on.

Stuff my clan members say, Butttt you would be in the "know" if you only owned a PS3.

Luuuuke, I am your vader (spoiler alert, oops, too late, about thirty years).

I'm being hoodwinked into watching "Star Wars" tonight. I saw it when I was a very small wee one. I don't really remember much of it. Although I've never been a big fan, I always thought R2D2 was the bomb! So, I go into this with an open mind.

I don't know what it is about watching movies at home, but I really like it better. You get all cozy, stock up good yummies to eat, and you don't miss any of the movie when you, well you know....it's from all the Coke!

Popcorn--check. Coke--check. Lot's of pillows and blankets--check, check. My Millennium Falcon Toy--check. Oh, yeah, DVD--check. (It was a $2 rental at BBusters, that should tell me something.)

Hocus Pocus They're Gone!!!

I did a blog this morning about halloween and the Frontgate catalog link. I've been shopping with them for about five years now. I've never seen them sell out of something this fast. I went to make my order for the Cocoon Spider Web dude and he's GONE!!! Frontgate checked for me and said they all sold out fast with a big serge! They were as shocked as me. I told them that I posted their link, but never thought for one minute that it would be sold out from under me. Did you guys order my Cocoon-man from under me?! You Devils!

Next time I post a linky, I'll be sure to put my order in first. Oh, well, I better get my ghost while I still can. I guess I can buy the Reeper dude and scare the poor little kids for nights and nights....lol
