Okay. I have been loving GEARS. My wife and bought a new HD TV. (42 inch VISIO). Just when I did not think a game could look any better......

Gears looks AMAZING. I can not wait to try some other games on the new tv.

First Night of Gears

I played Gears last night for the first time. I played the single player for about 10 minutes. Adjusting to the controls took a bit, but after a while - I found that I liked the layout. I buddy of mine asked me to play co-op, so he we jumped into a game and hooked up using live. A little strange to get it setup, but it was worth it.

I totally loved the experience. The online portion in conjunction with co-op play - simply rocked. I can see this game taking up a lot of my free time :-) The game not only looked great, but the game play was a blast!

New Purchase?

I am considering purchasing the above headphones. They appear to do what my wife and I are looking for. Allow me to keep the "noise" in the house down, while still being able to use the Xbox360 Live. They are a bit pricey, but they are a little cheaper at Walmart, and they can be used with things other than just the xbox.
