I dont blog much, but I just wanted to say how lucky I am.... ( i know i take it for granted ) I have a wife that is willing to game with me and damn good kids.

Things have been rough this summer with my job my bad habbits and just life in general. I look forward to better days! Things can only get better when you have the shit hit the fan.

Such is life...

Been a while since i posted anything; I will start with the basics....

Kids = Good
Wife = Meatariffic (sweet jesus if you know her you know she is a ray of sunshine.)
Work= Why do I go...

Other then that life is good lol... Gaming has been good spent the time to finish cod 2 on Vet.. (GS whore) Then looked for something else in my library I wanted to play and found myself at a loss... So I might try to pick up bioshock once its out and throw myself into that... I keep getting the call to try Oblivion as well, but I really would rather wait till they have  a version with the expansion as well as the full game...

Clan wise, finished another good night of clan gaming, I have really enjoyed playing with AOW its made me rethink a lot of tactics I used to take for granted.....

Damn you Q Lock! lol

I give up!

So after two weeks starting the third, I still am not getting any help from my boss reguarding my idiot side kick they hired me... here was our last convo...

I never heard if you had a chance to talk to him or not (about speed etc). I know as of the end of week 2 it isn’t getting any better I almost end up finding more things he can’t do vs he can do. Dan and I had him set the bottom stock of bay 1 in the Multimedia set, (the product was for the bay was all that was left on a pallet) it took him a hour. I am really concerned about our ability to keep our schedule when he slows things down this much.

What to do ohhhhhhh

I started training my new hire this week, I was told that he would be listed under training hours. Come to find out not only is he taking hours from my flat rate, but he is one of the most worthless people I have ever worked with.  After two days of trying to figure out how to make this work, I gave up trying to get him to listen to my instructions.  I had a co-worker from out of town come work with us and agree 100% with my feelings of hate lol.... After all week of explaining to my boss that this isnt going to work out, I was told that we would give him another chance next week. I think I am going to work his ass to the bone to make sure he cant walk, talk, or show up....

Short version:
1) dont show up late 2 out of 4 days.
2) when told to work faster, maybe work faster?
3) dont stand there telling stories when no one is listening... ( my fav )
