I'm in to making small cinematic films, here is my latest one. It is nothing fancy just a recorded film clip with music in the background.

Still I enjoyed doing it and hope you enjoy.

You's healthy suggestions for yer groceries!

This is a cut and paste from a msg I sent to a friend in need. This person has cholesterol problems and needs to change his dieting so he asked and this is what I ended up puttig together. It is very long but worth your time if Health is something you are concerned of or interests you.

Msg starts below

Understand that from an athropologic point of view our protein sources should be divided like this: (from 30%-40% meat and fish proteins) (from 60%-70% green proteins). Let me explain, carnivours carry a short intestinal track because meat decomposes faster. Since meat proteins are released faster, there is no need for a long intestinal track. Herbivours do have a longer intestinal track because green proteins take longer to be released. A longer intestinal track enssures that vegetable cels are broken and the nutrients that are inside, absorbed. We humans have a herbivour type intestinal track, meaning it is very long.

There is no deniying that we humans can experience another level of "way of life" if our diets where to be strickly vegan and toxin free (herbisides, pesticides, etc).

Knowledge is Power my friend, knowing this vital information makes you look at how you eat different.

Since going vegan is not an option for some, knowing how to divide and identify protein sources proves usefull to our personal care. The use of knowledge will give you plenty of choices withought ever feeling lost or hungry.

This is your new list for the family, no canned foods allowed, no frozen foods allowed:
4.Grains(proteins, amino acids, fiber, minerals, good fats: Should be raw, organic and/or non-procesed: always have 2-4 types of grains

a)Oats - Oats are highly nutritious and filled with cholesterol-fighting soluble fiber. They also have a pleasant, nutty flavor. Most of us are familiar with rolled oats, which are used as a hot breakfast cereal and cookie ingredient, but many health food stores also stock oat groats and oat bran.

b) Barley - Barley's been feeding humans for millennia, though it fell out of favor during the last one as people came to see it as low-brow peasant fare. It's most often used in soups and stews, where it serves as both a puffy grain and a thickener, but it also makes a nice side dish or salad. At most markets, you'll have to choose between two types of barley. Hulled barley is the most nutritious, since only the tough outer hulls are polished off. Pearl barley is polished some more, so that the outer bran layer is also scrubbed off. It's less nutritious, but more popular since it's not as chewy as hulled barley and it cooks faster.

c)Buckwheat - Buckwheat is loaded with nutrients, especially protein, and it has a nutty, earthy flavor. It's most commonly ground into a dark, gritty flour and used to make everything from pancakes to soba noodles. Eastern Europeans also like their buckwheat crushed into small groats, which they toast in oil and use to make side dishes and breakfast cereals.

d)Kamut - This ancient grain is related to durum wheat, and was reintroduced to the world after an American found some kernels of it in an Egyptian tomb. It's high in protein and has a sweet, buttery flavor. Though it contains gluten, it's tolerated by many people with gluten allergies. Substitutes: spelt OR wheat

e)Spelt - Spelt has been around for thousands of years, but it's recently enjoying a resurgence in popularity. It's believed to be a relative of wheat, and it tastes like a mild version of it. Though it contains gluten, it's tolerated by many people who are allergic to gluten.

f)Amaranth = amaranth seeds [Pronunciation: AM-uh-ranth] - These tiny ancient seeds have been cultivated in the Americas for several millennia. They're rich in protein and calcium, and have a pleasant, peppery flavor.

g)Wheat - Wheat's got a pleasant, nutty flavor and lots of nutrients, but it's prized most for being rich in gluten, the stuff that makes baked goods rise. Most wheat is ground into flour, but whole or cracked grains are used in pilafs and salads, and wheat flakes are made into hot cereals or granolas.

5.Seeds and Nuts(power houses of proteins, amino acids, good fats, minerals, fiber and vitamins/antioxidants: Should be raw and organic, or conventional. Always have 4-8 types of seeds and nuts combined. **STAY AWAY FROM ALL SOY** unless it is both fermented and organic. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ON THIS.

6.White meats(proteins): Chicken, turkey and pork.

7.Red meats(proteins): should be bought the day before or at day of consumption. Allow 7 days of clearance before eating another red meat meal. Red meats are the most toxic protein source we have.

8.Breads(fiber, minerals): sprouted multigrain breads is what you need.

9.Cereals: no more Captain, Fruity Pebbless, etc. When buying them look at the ingredients and prefer alternatives without wheat, partially hydrogenated oils, modified ingredients, colorants, BHT/TBHQ(preservative), and sugars.

10.Juices: They can't be pasteurized, no artificial flavors or colorants, no sugars. No "Light" type of juices, they are BS. Remember what I wrote in my friends suggestion's topic. Revew it.

11.Cow milk: has lactose and supresses our inmune system. You must make the change to seed milks: hemp, almond, rice, oat and potatoe. They come in original, vanilla and chocolate. Eat a cereal with seed milk and you whont believe it, I suggest vanilla. If you need milk for coffee thats fine, but leave it at that. Stay away from Soy milks.

12.Raw oils(omega fatty acids, good fats): Vital for our wellness, hemp, olive, almond, flax, avocado, peanut and sessame. No corn, soy or canola.

13.Cooking oils(medium chain saturated fatty acids, same ones found on mother's milk): Coconut and palm oils.

14.Munchies: dehydrated fuits, mixed nuts, rice ice creams, gluten free cookies, cereals, flours, muffins, etc. There are frozen vegie patties and nuggets that taste a whole lot like chicken but they aren't. Look for the ones without soy.

15.Sliced cheese: There are rice alternatives and sometime soon there will be hemp. Soy sliced cheese is a no no. All lactose must be cut out from your diet for your faster recovery. LACTOSE IS VERY BAD & NAUGHTY. Still one of two lactose cheeses can be at once in your fridge, macaronees and cheese or sliced cheese. You decide, this will help control both craving and lactose concentration in diet.

16.Sweetners: brown turbinated sugar, fructose(looks like white sugar), mapple syrop, stevia, xylitol, raw honey, agave and molasses. No nutra sweet, splenda, equal types of sugars. No white sugar.

17.Yogurts: They are ok but because they are lactose based you should take no more than three yougurts in a weeks time(monday to fryday). The abuse of lactose has its side effects, you have been warned.

18.Salt: It has to be ocean salt and none procesed.

You should consider eating meat meals two days a week from monday to friday, and green meals three days a week. On weekends you have almost full liberty on what you eat. The only thing I ask is to not break the red meat clearance. Any other shitty food you can has

My First Halo3 Movie

Banned for noob but forgiven for telling the truth.

i'm back, ready to do my biddings again. Bann-Land was lame, no one was there but my face. There was a whole bunch of meditating, not like I had much to do. The Sun and the Moon played tricks on me like if I where a fool. The first days where ok, but as weeks started to roll by, all I could do was get high. My antidepressant, a marvel of the natural world. So I searched for my inner selfe, I drove many places with the Hog and connected with everything that was around. Showered myselve in the water falls, played around with the animals, grew plants for greens to go and made friends with the sky above. I feel like a new me, a spartan who is but is no more who he was. Realization comes to me as a bliss, when it bathes you, purification and expression take place. The power is within and through me it shall flow...

Good to see the doors are open for me, thanks for the treatment Law-enforcers!

you, BANNED for NOOB

Why o why did you act a fool?

When there is some noobness inside of you, eventually it will express itself in all its glory and magnificence. Apparently I should have kept my fingers stranded so that me self would not express one's joyfulness for becoming a legit quarter in a public statement. Being a quarter in these waters is your only free wright to go ahead and join the cools. If you sneak in prematurely and it is shared publicly you will get burned. Take my word for it.

So everyone turns red and i find myself blue with an AR poking on my helmet. It is clear to me that I am in deep shit. Heretic!, Infidel!, Poison! is what the crowd shouts at the blue and uncool fool. A panel of angry believers point to my direction with execution but the ever cool minds that enforce the law of the land decided to go easy on this poor young noob and banned me for 50 days starting tomorrow December 30, 2007.

So yeah, no more awesome and entertaining Blogs from me for a while ;)

*Jokes aside, I thought VERY wrong about the age requirement, it is VERY sacred and this Spartan is learning and understanding it by taking a trip to Bann Land. I truly am sorry, my ignorance in such matter has made me act immaturely and surely a sour taste was left to those that followed rules every step of the way.*

Hopefully you can get to like me latter after I come back from my 2 month deep meditation ;)
Take care and may the new year bring you all health, love and knowledge!

you again,
out

The birth of an innocent.

On December 28, 1982, in a beautifull Island known as Puerto Rico a gift was sent from the stars above.

This day I was born, first son in my parents youth. Brought joy to their loving home and made it my own because they gave me all.

So my only wish from those that would care to care about my B-day is that you read the post below, download my CINEMATIX and let me know what you think.

Peace,
you again

you, Spielberg ?

Since Halo 3 came out, I have fallen in love with one of its cool additional tools of fun: THEATER

No more are the days where cool and unexpected things happen only to be remembered by a few. Now we got a Saved Game Data System (SGDS) recording every little detail that goes down on the battle field. A lot of joy is felt by those like me who enjoy Halo a little bit too much. Now is the time for me to get my Spielberg on, CINEMATIX is born.

This is not your typical film clip, when labeled CINEMATIX, you are getting a cinematic experience. Camera angles are worked for enhanced viewing. Think of them as little Halo movies of war.

This is my mission to alert those in search of Halo entertainment, that CINEMATIX has come to answer many gamers.

Below is another blog with images taken from each of the cinematic clips as well as a link to my file share.

Back for Good

you again / SuntZu Clan overlord

After my much needed vacation it feels good to come back to my Halo Nation.

Wasup to my people!; I see changes. New adjustments have been experienced, freshly cooked maps bring joy to my happy trigger hands. A more solid Clan is being put to wage war against and new found friends fill up mi renewed tag. I look forward to kicking ass, specially to those that act as ass. Love the booms and the bangs, taking guns from enemies hands. This is my home where spartans are never alone, our soldiers of war stand together against their foes. This is a good place to go.

I finish my blog with this: "Bring the fire and I'll bring the rain, one of us will take the blame. For on that day the standing one will have to say; For his death I take the blame."

Of to the Great Journey!

So "you again" is getting ready to jack back in to the matrix.

We the clones, number 2 and number 3, are heading to the islands now that "The One" is coming back. This does not mean we leave to never be seen again, we shall return eventually but when we feel to do so. You must understand we are clones and as such there are many things out there we want to experience and learn from. A long trip around the globe awaits us. First we start by visiting the islands and it's many treasures, then we go scuba diving to search for giant creatures. Once that's done we head out to the Mayan, Aztec, Egyptian an many other ruins left by our human ancestors, we plan to see it all. We call ourselves "The Cloned Turistas".

Many things will be missed but remembered with laughter; Happy holidays to all of you !

For some jet to be explained reason my blogs have vanished with their wisdom.

If you have read my Blogs then you know what I mean. I had nothing to do with this, SERIOUSLY!. I'm feeling some loss because writing them was entertaining and free flowing. A creative act in which tranquility and personality mix to express ideas with living words is a gift everyone can tap in to and experience for personal growth. It is a healthy practice what we Spartans do when we use our Blogs. They are personal, wacky, outrageous, funny, dumb, worthless, entertaining, real and there, just to be shared. So it comes to me as a saddening realization that my written Blogs have left no dust, just gone. Like it never happened. Still, the only way to truly stop or delete my Blog is to end my song.

As long as there is me, many Blogs you will come to read.
